Abstract

The Royal Naval Medical Service (RNMS) is currently engaged on Operation TRENTON, as part of the UK military contribution to the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS). This article gives some background to the operation, describes the setting, and the facility that is operating in this austere environment.
